Sedona Summit Timeshares

Sedona, AZ

Mr. Sefton provided project engineering during construction of the third phase of this 15-acre vacation resort located in Sedona, Arizona. During this phase he was in charge of compliance and providing clarification of plans where needed. He also supervised the construction for the streets and utilities, including a sewer force main and irrigation lines for an on-site waste water treatment plant.
 
Phase IV of this project required engineering for the construction of a 64-unit complex on 10-acres, including a maintenance building and pool area. Mr. Sefton prepared the preliminary and final drainage report. He also provided the preliminary and final grading and paving plans to include many retaining walls due to steep slopes. Engineering was provided for Sewer, water, utility, and parking/access way paving plans. Downstream historical flooding on private property was corrected via drainage design for post development flow and mitigation.
